Martin Donaldson
Managing Director · 15 years’ experience
Martin leads the operational delivery of MD Specialist Cleaning Services, overseeing contract mobilisation, specialist cleaning standards and the practical support given to site teams. Before establishing MD, Martin spent 10 years with one of the world’s largest cleaning and facilities-management companies, progressing to Regional Director and managing contracts worth millions of pounds. His work was recognised with the company’s Best Newcomer award in 2019.

He remains closely involved with clients, visiting premises, reviewing requirements and making sure the agreed service is delivered consistently. Martin also provides free specialist consultations, helping organisations assess cleaning standards, support their staff and use cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
